Morgans is a niche practice specialising in maritime law and international trade law. Both contentious and non-contentious work is carried out in these specialist areas.

Our aim is to assist our clients in achieving their objectives in the most cost effective manner. We strive to put clients in a position to take informed decisions and to point out to clients how matters are likely to develop and what is likely to be involved in terms of time and cost. We like to put clients in the strongest possible position to avoid problems, to resolve their disputes on the best terms and to achieve the best result if a Court hearing or arbitration becomes unavoidable.

The court cases in which our clients are involved are mostly conducted in the Commercial or Admiralty Courts of the English High Court. The arbitrations in which our clients are involved are mostly determined under London Maritime Arbitrators Association terms or are subject to the ICC rules. We are experienced in the practice and procedure of all these forums.
